TRUSTEES : Gary Grant, Catherine Grant, Sue Trevor, Peter Doyle.
Graham is married to Jo and they have three daughters. Graham has previously worked as a church pastor and as a director for a multinational company and together they bring a passion for the vision of Restore Hope.
This was sparked when Graham’s life was changed through the ‘On Earth as in Heaven’ event held here in 2008. As a family they love music, good food, sport and the great outdoors.
Joanna moved to Restore Hope with her husband Graham and 3 daughters in 2016. She leads the Worship & Prayer life of the charity and the pastoral care for the staff. She is passionate about lives being transformed, coming alongside the Mum's and families, leading Identity courses - going on amazing life journeys with these incredible women is her utmost privilege.
Shaun is responsible for our Finances and venue hire and has been with the team since 2016. He is married to Lena and they have a lovely son, Timothy. Shaun is passionate about worship and seeing lives transformed and loves spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys food, music and sport.
Wendy joined Restore Hope in 2018 after a long career working in IT in universities and schools, and will be the voice you hear on the phone. She is married to a vicar, has three adult children, and has many years’ experience in teaching and ministry. During time off, Wendy loves travelling and photography, and has been known to enjoy the occasional abseil and parachute jump!
Alison joined in March 2018 following a varied career including sales, marketing, horticultural therapy and teaching. Alison leads the Family Team, Community Garden and supports fundraising, but most loves coming alongside our families. She is married with two sons and has a passion for fruit & veg growing, netball, Crete and keeping fit (to allow for more cake!)
Dan joined the team in 2018 after moving form Dorset a year earlier. Dan's role is to develop and oversee the upkeep of all the buildings and land on the estate. Working at Restore Hope was quite a change after pursuing a career as a chef from the age of 16! Dan still has his passion for food, and enjoys exploring the wealth of local products that Buckinghamshire has to offer. Dan is married to Naomi and has recently become proud Dad to Theo.
Naomi joined the Restore Hope team as an intern working with the families and the groups that we run at Restore Hope. Her creative ideas and ability to make meaningful relationships with our families led to Naomi being appointed as our Family worker. Naomi enjoys the outdoors with her husband Dan and cannot resist a good coffee and a slice of cake.
Nina began volunteering with us back in 2010 and then became our first intern. Nina loved the Restore Hope vision (and its beautiful working views!) so much she came back 8 years later to join the Family Team and oversee the courses for the families we work with. When Nina isn't working, she is off travelling new countries, at Pilates or walking her dog.
Kathryn started as a volunteer at Restore Hope, helping out with the Woodland Club and Memory Days. The team saw so much potential in her and loved having her around so she was offered the job as the Discovery Learning Manager. She spends her week planning creative & engaging sessions for school groups and is often found on the Angel Field having fun with lots of children. She likes tea, toasting marshmallows and walking her dog.
Izzy joined Restore Hope as an intern in 2016 and showed such a talent for working with children that she was offered a job. She is now the Discovery Learning Coordinator and leads exciting and engaging activities for children of all ages. She has an ice cream obsession and always has a pair of wellies handy for spontaneous river dipping sessions!
Heidi joined the team in November 2019 and works alongside families to support and strengthen the existing connections between parents and their children, facilitating and co-ordinating our Circle of Security courses. She has 5 children of her own and enjoys doing anything that involves chilling or having a laugh with them. When Heidi isn’t thinking about what to cook for dinner she loves to go to the theatre and is particularly fond of a krispy kreme or two!
