Skills for Living is a course that runs for 5 weeks and is a safe space for you to really look deeply at who you are and how you think as you look at the importance of boundaries, more specifically what are the healthy and unhealthy boundaries you have picked up.
Each session builds on the previous session so by the end of the course you will have developed and be fully equipped with tools for change which will impact not only you but those around you. For this reason we strongly encourage that those who sign up are committed to the entire course.
Come along to this course prepared to be challenged in the way that you think and confident that you will have gained practical ways to encourage permanent change regarding your strengths and boundaries.
Due to the in depth nature of this course, we have a pre-course assessment session for learners, and the course leader, to decide whether the 5 week course is what they are ready to do. Signing up to the course does not mean you are guaranteed a place on the course.
